The following Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and Bitorus ("Bitorus" or "us" or "we") regarding your use of Bitorus games, software, websites and related services (the "Service").
Use of the Service is also governed by Bitorus Privacy Policy.
By installing, using or otherwise accessing the Service you represent that you are age 13 or older and you understand and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not install, use or otherwise access the Service.
Bitorus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose.
The Service are copyrighted works owned by Bitorus. Bitorus reserves all rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with the Service. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any content that appears in the Service.
The Service may contain links to third party websites and third party advertisers. Bitorus is not responsible for any content on such sites or services. You agree that any interactions and dealings with a third party, even if found within the Service, is done at your own risk and Bitorus is not liable for any claim nor damages that may occur.
The Service may include virtual currencies such as coins ("Virtual Currencies") and virtual items/services ("Virtual Goods") that you can buy from us for real money if you are at least 18 years old. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use payments only with the involvement of your parent or guardian. Virtual Currencies and Virtual Goods can never be exchanged for real money, real goods or real services from us or anyone else. You agree that all sales by us to you of Virtual Currencies and Virtual Goods are final and that we will not refund any transaction once it has been made.
You agree that use of the Service is at your sole risk and the Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Bitorus be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of or limitations on implied warranties, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify Bitorus from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use of the Service.
Bitorus reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Any such change or modification will be effective immediately upon publishing, and your continued use of the Service after any changes or modifications to these Terms of Service are published will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to, such changes or modifications. If you object to any change or modification, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Service.
Any claim relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Sweden without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
